British Billionaire Strikes Deal to Acquire Minority Stake in Manchester United

British billionaire Jim Ratcliffe has struck an agreement to buy a minority stake in Manchester United in a deal that values the renowned soccer club at around $6.3 billion including debt and ends more than a yearlong sales process. The deal is expected to be announced later Sunday.
