Gunman Opens Fire At Trump Resort, Police Wound Him

Miami police wounded a gunman who opened fire early on Friday in the lobby of the Trump National Doral Golf Club.

The gunman first shouted remarks against Trump before opening fire at at about 1:30 a.m.

Miami-Dade Police Director Juan Perez said “[he] was trying to lure our officers ... into this gunfight.

He did succeed, and he did lose." The man was identified as 42-year-old Jonathan Oddi of Doral.

Police shot him multiple times in the legs and took him into custody.
