It's 6:5, time for the morning sprint.

But we start in sauk county... where investigators are still searching for a middleton man suspected of murder.

Authorities believe 68-year- old robert pulvermacher killing an 80- year-old lake delton man... who was found dead in his car outside the town of delton ho-chunk.

Pulvermacher was reportedly seen on madison's east side tuesday.

And he is looking down on us."

10:36 that's the reaction from jesse faber's parents... after a jury found a marshall man guilty of killing him.

Daniel lieske could spend life in prison for the first degree homicide conviction... in addition to a 12 year sentence for hiding jesse's body in a storage unit.

His sentencing hasn't been scheduled.

Just into the newsroom... two boys are back with their families this morning after they'd been missing since yesterday morning.

Officers were particularly worried about 11-year-old dominique hale... who has a condition that requires medicine.

Madison police say he and 14- year-old charles flemon are both home safe.

Barron county sheriff chris fitzgerald says his team did everything they could the day jayme closs was kidnapped... and her parents were killed.

His department became the target of some criticism.... after the criminal complaint showed patterson stopped for three squad cars that were heading toward the closs home... while jayme was locked in the trunk.

Sheriff fitzgerald says his deputies didn't know what kind of call they were responding to that night... and that his department "excelled" in handling the case.

That speech is currently scheduled for january 29th.

The homeland security secretary dismissed their safety concerns on twitter.

Hundreds of thousands of federal workers will go without another paycheck.

Madison's newest memory cafe opens here at the museum of contemporary art this afternoon... the monthly events are cilitated by the alzheimer's and dementia alliance of wisconsin.

Cafes are described as fun ways for families to come together in a relaxed environment and talk, listen to music, play games, make crafts, and eat and drink.

The hope is those activties help stimulate the minds of people living with memory loss.

The region's newest cafe event happens this afternoon from one until three.

Chicago-based r-x bar is recalling a wide variety of its protein bars ... because of concern for consumers with peanut allergies.

The bars don't list peanuts on their ingredients... but the company says ingredients from a third party could contain peanuts.
