Nine st.

Joe swimmers will compete at regionals on saturday.

St.

Joe swimming coach victoria stawik-raven says five of the lady flyers are their best bets to qualify for state.

They include kyleigh netherly in the 50 freestyle, lindsay mckinney in the hundred breaststroke, brittany malaer in the 200 im, avery sparkman in the hundred backstroke and kaitlyn herman in the hundred butterfly.

I talked with two of the lady flyer swimmers.

I'm pretty excited for regionals and the rest of the team is too.

We have a pretty good shot at making state for most of us.

I'm very confident we can send some kids to state.

To go to state you have to place top three at regionals.

Right now we are seeded second and we're a second off from first place.

I'm very confident.

The st.

Joe swim team competes at regionals saturday at the university of houston.

More state honors
