Venezuelan Leader Says Aid Coming Soon
On Tuesday, Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido said that humanitarian aid will enter Venezuela on Feb 23.
Guaido wants to bring relief to people struggling with widespread shortages of food and medicine.
