Rare Giant Sunfish Washes Up On California Beach
According to a report by Geek.com, last week, a giant sunfish washed up on a California Beach, scientists now believe the this strange creature is actually a species that has never been seen in North America before.
The seven-foot long animal, discovered at UC Santa Barbara's Coal Oil Point Reserve, was identified as a hoodwinker sunfish, a rare species not native to the Northern Hemisphere.
