Acclaimed Architect I.M. Pei Dies At The Age Of 102
According to a report by CNN Style, I.M.
Pei, considered by many to be one of the last great modernist architects, has died at the age of 102.
While most of his work was done in the United States, Pei is perhaps most famous for his redevelopment of the Louvre Museum in Paris in the late 1980s.
Pei reportedly designed the glass and metal pyramid in the main courtyard, along with three smaller pyramids and a vast subterranean addition to the museum entrance.
