Arsenal's Emery says club won't struggle to attract talent without Champions League

(SOUNDBITE) (English) ARSENAL MANAGER UNAI EMERY, ON WHETHER FAILURE TO QUALIFY FOR CHAMPIONS LEAGUE HINDERS THEIR UPCOMING TRANSFER CAMPAIGN, SAYING: "I think Arsenal is a big name in the football world and a lot of players want to play here, and we are in one process and we need in this process to be strong in our idea, to be strong in our way, and the lesson in how we started this season was to get more competitive as a team, to get closer to other teams, and we did that.

At the moment, it's not enough for our target (to qualify for the Champions League)." STORY: Arsenal coach Unai Emery said his side's disappointing 4-1 defeat at the hands of Chelsea in the Europa League final and subsequent failure to qualify for Europe's elite competition next season would not hinder their attempts to strengthen their squad on the transfer market this summer.

Emery said the game slipped away from his side after they conceded first and become susceptible to making more errors, allowing Chelsea to bury the game midway through the second half.
