Life keeps getting hard for disgraced attorney Michael Avenatti.

The once celebrated attorney was arrested on Tuesday.

He's been accused of violating the terms of his release from custody.

Avenatti is awaiting trial on charges that he sought to extort millions of dollars from Nike Inc., federal prosecutors said.

District Court in New York does not spell out the accusations.

Avenatti was taken into custody by IRS Agents.

Avenatti has had a spectacular fall from grace.
