A man sentenced to 120 years in prison on drug charges will soon appear in court for another sentencing.

Felix wynn will appear before a judge right here in the oktibbeha county circuit court.

Wynn served almost 14 years in prison after the judge sentenced him for selling cocaine.

Wynn's attorney, roy a perkins, said he was convicted on two counts of selling cocaine in 2006...as a habitual offender.

Howard, sentenced wynn to serve 120 years and to pay a 2 million dollar fine.

The supreme court authorized a motion to file a post conviction release.

Presiding judge lee j howard set a special session court hearing for wynn.

Attorney roy a perkins said he's going to ask the judge to set aside the 120 year prison term and the fine.

Perkins is hopeful that wynn will be released on time served.

The court hearing for the resentencing will be march 3.
