Georgetown, has released new information in the death of 2002 kentucky derby - preakness winner, war emblem.

According to old friends..

The 21-year-old thoroughbred was found dead in his paddock on march 11th.

It was originally thought his death was because of an accident in the paddock... but old friends farm, now says he died from a ruptured small intestine.
