Mayor maurice howard took to his facebook saturday to announce that a city hall employee tested positive for the virus and is now in self isolation.
City hall will be closed for the next 14 days.
The mayor says before finding out about the test results, the city was already taking necessary precautions by limiting the number of employees allowed in a work space at a time.
Howard says they cannot release the name of the employee or which office they worked in.
