Governor Ron DeSantis will join Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos Gimenez, Miami Beach Mayor Dan Gelber and the commanding general of the U.S Army Corps of Engineers at the Miami Beach Convention Center on Wednesday where a field hospital will be constructed over the next week or so.
