Roy wallace jr. is charged with aggravated assault.

He's being held without bond.

Columbus police chief fred shelton says the gunfire happened in the 1900 block of 8th avenue north on saturday afternoon.

He believes an argument led to a fight and then the shooting happened.

Officers are still searching for 25- year-old tommie lee flowers the third and 24-year- old kenny riheam armistad.

They are wanted for aggravated assault.

Shelton says armistad no longer has dreadlocks.

The victim in the shooting was treated and released from the hospital.
