Governor Delbert Hosemann joins Aundrea to talk about the ways the state is fighting COVID-19 as well as helping small businesses and unemployed workers.

And you see them everyday, but what is it like to be a sign language interpreter for the deaf and hard of hearing during our daily coronavirus press conferences?

And she may have been doing a lot of baking during the quarantine, but today Courtney Robb will be working all of that off through some simple home exercises on today's "Quarantine With Courtney."

Jim mendoza reports.

From open houses, to limited private showings.

Caravans, to virtual tours.

This is the new normal when it comes to finding your new home.

In these times of social distancing, to stay relevant, the real estate industry is having to make some adjustments.

Mandy gaither has more.

With social distancing guidelines and stay-at-home orders across most of the country, real estate agents have had to adjust to keep business going.

Terrence wright/ managing broker/owner, wright real estate: "when i' meeting with my clients, i'll bring disinfecting wipes, gloves... booties for their shoes.

One of the biggest adjustments atlanta realtor and broker terrence wright says he's dealing with... the type of buyer he's meeting.

Terrence wright/ managing broker/owner, wright real estate: "because o the social distancing guidelines, now when i'm working with a buyer, it has to be a situation where they're already pre- approved, pre- qualified so that we are moving with purpose."

Virtual home tours and live video chat tours are also being pushed.

Ready to move forward with a transaction, but worried you or a loved one might get sick... some groups are offering a solution.

The georgia association of realtors has come up with a covid-19 special stipulation to put in contracts.

But wright says the two most important things potential buyers need to be aware of right now ... terrence wright/ managing broker/owner, wright real estate: "be jo security.

Do you feel your job is secure.

Second, your individual personal finances."

And for potential sellers?

Terrence wright/ managing broker/owner, wright real estate: speak with a real estate professional...be ready to entertain offers that you may not have entertained six months or twelve months ago."

For consumer watch, i'm mandy gaither.

Wright suggests that anyone who may be interested in buying or selling right now, find and speak with a real estate professional in that area to make sure you have solid information and advice on whether now is the right time for you.

Courtney robb is still in the quarantine.

Now she's working we we are headed back to the quarantine with our weekend sports anchor courtney robb.

She has been playing games, watching netflix and cooking.

So now what?

Here's courtney.

Courtney robb: welcome back to the quarantine.

If you're anything like me, you've probably been doing a lot of cooking, a lot of baking, and a lot of eating.

That's why to the quarantine we're going to be working all of that off.

Yes, i mean exercise.

As we all know, exercise is super important.

It keeps us healthy.

However, during this time with gyms being closed, not all of us, especially people like me with super small apartments, it's hard to find ways to work out at home.

Personal favorite is a girl on youtube, her name is whitney simmons, and she has been posting full body follow along workouts that are free on youtube.

If you're interested, she has a full app that has a entire guided at-home workout series.

However, i'm only doing the free youtube version.

Let me just say, yes, these workouts are absolutely hard.

They're about 20 minutes long.

But they're perfect to do in a small space, and they will make you sweat.

And if you don't believe me, i'm going to show you.

Courtney robb: do you see this?

Whipped, exhausted.

Just whipped, exhausted.

Just finished the 25 minute high intensity interval training workout with whitney simmons.

I would honestly give this a five out of five naps, which is kind of weird to say.

However, i do think this is something that's so good to spend your time on during quarantine.

You don't need a big space at all.

Just you, yourself, maybe some carpeting, so it's not super tough on your body.

Clearly, i am so out of breath.

Make sure you go and give these workouts by whitney a try.

They're so good.

I cannot praise them enough.

Courtney robb: if you go ahead and you give whitney's workouts a try, make sure you tweet at me, and let me know exactly what you think and if they whipped your butt as much as they whipped mine.

Also, if you have any other ideas of things that people should be spending their time on during this period of quarantine, make sure you let me know those as well.

I'm going to go drink some water and catch my breath.

We'll see you back here in the quarantine next time.
