Meyer Comes to Oxford From Concord High School In Elkhart, IN

Meyer brings years of experience from concord high school in elkhart ..

Meyer has spent much of his career in athletics as a head coach..

While at concord he spent separate stints as the coach of the girls basketball and girls track programs... most recently meyer served as an assistant under longtime athletic director dave preheim..

Meyer preached continued success for all sports at b-c..

And as he makes the move from elkhart to oxford..

He brings his coaching mentality with him..

Dan meyer: the big thing is the relationship with the coaches and the athletes.

You know seeing them compete.

I love to see the coaches coach.

You know i love to see the coaches teaching that on the floor or on the field or wherever.

On the diamond.

You know i love to see that kind of thing.

That's one of the things i told all of our coaches.

I am going to be visible even in practices.

I want to see you teach the kids your sport.

And see that passion in the practices and not just on game nights.
