L3: abc 36 news white girl scout donate 7,000 boxes of cookies to god's pantry lexington today... the girl scouts of kentucky donated more than seven thousand boxes of cookies to the food bank.

If you're doing the math... that's nearly 30 thousand dollars worth of cookies.

The girl scouts say it's part of their "operation sweet treat' program", where girl scout customers purchase cookies and then donate them to important causes locally.
