Gymnastics reopen in Chico

The Center had to rewrite 38 years of lesson plans to bring gymnasts back.

Chico gymnastics center& action news now sports director vanessa romo spoke to managers about what they're doing to keep kids safe.

Gymnasts are back to back flipping on the trampoline here at athletic horizons but to be back, they must follow some guidelines.

We're not requiring them to wear a mask because they are apart from everyone& so we want to follow those guidelines but also keep kids safe.

Especially during this heat wave& the center is operating at a limited capacity - only allowing three classes at one time and only six students in each.

They're wiping down every piece of equipment - every time its used they were very organized when i came back and i didn't know what to expect.
