Some Hoosiers Still in Need of Financial Assistance

Unemployment rates may be dropping - but some hoosiers are still waiting on their first round of relief.... it's been months since james droskie applied for unemployment benefits.... and still nothing in the mail.... reaching out for answers - seems like the only thing droskie can do.... but when the department does not meet you half way - it's frustrating.... james droskie, unemployed: "i've done it dozens of times so i can't even imagine people that have more patience than i do that do it for hours and still don't get anywhere you know?"

He's not the only one - thousands are still waiting on unemployment and even federal stimulus relief.... we reached out to the indiana department of workforce development - they say - it usually takes about 21 days for hoosiers to see those benefits....
