Three bodies were recovered and several are feared trapped after a building collapsed in Chukkuwala area of Dehradun.
National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) teams rushed to the spot and started rescue operation.
3 people have been rescued so far.
