Reported its single highest day total of coronavirus cases since it began reporting in mid-march.
State health leaders reported more than 16 hundred new cases, putting the total at 45-thousand-524 cases the state also reported 31 new deaths putting the death toll at one thousand 389 of the 31 new deaths, four people died in our viewing area, grenada, lee, lowndes and tishomingo counties
