Fatal crash in New Berlin

State police are investigating a fatal accident that happened on State Highway 8 Tuesday afternoon.

Accident in otsego county.

It happened shortly before 3:00 tuesday afternoon on state highway 8 in the town of new berlin.

Police say kerri bunnelle of little falls crossed over into the opposite lane of traffic and hit a vehicle head- on.

The driver of (that( vehicle, mathew fredericks - of herkimer - was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation is ongoing.
