None tyler mcbains family and friends came together here in oneida, lighting candles to honor him.

They say they didn't want this vigil to feel like a memorial - but rather a celebration of his life.

A celebration for someone who was so selfless and always light up the room.

Friends and family spoke about what they loved the most about tyler.

Tammylynn sterling barthelmess pleaded guilty to conspiracy to steal government funds and three counts of bank fraud back in february.

She admitted to concealing her tennants body , who died in her home in 2006.
