Superintendent "josh quick" came down with "appendicitis."

He's recovering now.

A school board member says he'll likely work from home... as soon as... this week.

However... the board wants to physically have someone... in the schools... while he recovers.

That's why they plan to approve middle school principal... "craig beals"... for the temporary position.
