According to reports, the car damaged two vehicles and injured one pedestrian before smashing into the pharmacy.
Yang suffered fractures to her leg, but she was not in life-threatening condition.
The motorist was confirmed as not driving under the influence after having a breathalyser test.
The case is under further investigation.
