Now the Coffee shop is adding a new flavor to its long list of choices.
The Utica Fire House Blend officially hit the shelves Friday.
They do best and honoring our local heroes in the utica fire department.
News channel 2's brent kearney shows us what went into creating their latest blend.

Nats coffee and now they're adding one extra special blend to the list honoring our local heroes in the utica fire department.
None "we have alot of fireman and police officers that come into the cafe on a daily basis particularly one fireman that i have coffee with is anthony zumpano" anthony is the brains behind this brew "i had a recipe that i wanted to put together and i discussed with frank and we made one small change."
But its a recipe unlike any other.
"50% percent columbia supremo in, 25 percent brazil sorado, and 25 percent mexico organic."
And when you mix all that together?
"you can expect a great dark coffee with a bold flavor.
A great flavor going towards a great cause.
"we like to tie things in our community, so we decided to pic a charity so every bag that's purchased a dollar will go towards the believe 271 fund.
"to donate to believe 271 was a very good move its a foundation that helps fire fighters anywhere that have some type of issue with cancer."
Today was the first day of the new blend and dealia says the bags are flying off the shelves.
"oh my god yes, i believe we sold between 15 to 20 bags."
A recipe that's expected to be a must have as cooler weather moves in "what really makes it special is that it honors the past present men and woman that have worked for the utica fire department.
