Threatening wildfires, power safety shut-offs, coronavirus and kids learning remotely how are families managing?

Wildfires threatening, power safety shut-offs, coronavirus... an* kids, learning remotely!

How are families managing??

Action news now reporter jafet seratto met with several students juggling these realities... this is samantha and her brother clayton.

Since the start of this school year, they have been learning online.

Samantha attends paradise junior high school... while clayton goes to paradise ridge elementary.

The family does not have a generator... so they are left in the dark during a power safety shut off..

The kids are missing out on their education.

Everyday that we don and everyday that they aren able to get to school they are missing out on tremendous amounts of learning and it setting them behind?

I don school but it lot easier in person because when i virtual learning when i need help i can my hand and they come over to m?

Stephanie says she hopes to figure out some solution to the no power - no learning situation... but right now... she is just determined to manage; day by day.
