Trader Joes opens Fort Wayne location on October 9

Trader Joes held its official grand opening for their Fort Wayne store on Friday, Oct.

9.

Their hours of operation are 8 a.m.

- 9 p.m.

People stood in line early this morning for the grand opening of trader joes!the grocery store chain opened its new location in fort wayne on west jefferson boulevard.

A manager says they have hired over 60 people from fort wayne and may bring on more if needed.

The store is open everyday from 8 a-m to 9 p-m and on wednesdays and sundays, the first hour is reserved for disabled or "at risk" shoppers.

Kayliana hammel waited in line this morning and she told us that it was worth it.

"i think it's really nice because it's mostly organic inside and it's for a good price, too especially compared to some organic stores around here that are way more expensive."
