Hello and welcome back.
This past saturday the terre haute south boys soccer team captured their first sectional title since 2015.
Now the braves will turn their attention towards capturing their program's first regional title.
South will take on defending regional champions columbus east at 10am at seymour high school.
If they braves win that game, they'll take on the winner of castle - center grove for the regional championship later that night.
Despite terre haute's lack of success in regionals, head coach john stephens thinks his team is ready to make history.
<there's a little bit of pressure going into it knowing that boys soccer in terre haute, from north and south have not faired well at regionals.
And it's been, maybe since 1993 since we had a boys soccer team from north or south win a regional game.
So, but i believe that we've got a team right now that can be competitive in regional and i'm excited to see what this senior class and these boys can
