Emergency Crews Respond to Large Barn Fire in Warrick County

On Friday, Warrick County Dispatch started receiving calls about a possible explosion on SR 62 inbetween Boonville and Chandler.

Good afternoon tyler as you can see right behind me we have a large barn here with bits of debri.

Crews have been working for over an hour now to get this fire under control.

When crews arrived they saw a large structure fire flames and smoke.

What we know so far is that no one is injured.

Of course crews are working to get the fire out.

While crews have also blocked off the entrance to the fire and ask cars who see smoke or are concerned to stay safe.

Pay attention to the emergency vehicles obviously our guys are out in the highway trying to assist.

There a lot of fire departments that responded here because of the tank and water.

Obviously there was a structure on fire so a lot of agencies responding., wee just assisting with traffic control.

So people should move over for any type of emergency vehicle with their lights and sirens and let them through?

Now right now the fire chief is busy helping to put the fire out still.
