Troopers say jeffrey stevens is accused of raping a woman in 2017.

At the beginning of this month a dna match ties stevens to the victim...and troopers executed a warrant for his arrest.

Meanwhile, according to w-r-i- l... bell county sheriff's department says stevens is also charged in a separate case.

Apparently stevens helped opal hubbard with the means to rape by forcible compulsion...accord ing to the sheriff's department.
