A state supreme court judge went county by county reviewing challenged absentee ballots in the race between reblican claudia tenney and democrat incumbent anthony brindisi.

Judge scott delconte reviewed oswego, oneida, herkimer and madison counties today.

The one that took up the most time, was oneida county.

Each county was supposed to get a half hour for review and questions...oneida county lasted over three hours with 39 absentee ballots.

The democratic and republican commissioner were there.

Their challenged ballots included sticky notes indicating the problem with the ballot and if it was counted.

Accordign to wbng in bingahmton, some absentees, didn;t have sticky notes.

The democratic commissioner swore each ballot had a note, but says some must have disappeared.

Some ballots had two sticky notes.

Then there were questions as to whether some of the ballots were included in the counting.

After all that confusion, the judge moved on to madison county who had a spread sheet of their objected or challenged ballots- they had 131.

Wbng reports that spreadsheet was questioned for its accuracy.

Then they moved to herkimer county.

No rulings were made today.

Today the judge reviewed 39 ballots in oneida county.

6 in oswego county.

131 in madison county.

And herkimer county is unclear.

Right now, our numbers show tenney is leading brindisi by 201 votes.

The review of the absentee ballots will continue tomorrow.

The affadavits still need to be looked at.
