According to the bibb county school district--when deciding on whether or not to close a school--the district reviews a personnel system... this includes regulations on how to operate schools during the pandemic.

Bibb superintendent dr. curtis jones says- the district closed the elementary school because-the front office staff was considered close contact... and had to quarantine.

"nobody is in the front office so nobody is there to answer the phones, nobody is there to let people into the school building."
