Congress leader Rahul Gandhi attacked the Modi government and said that it was imposing its will on the judiciary.
Responding to a question on the judiciary, the Congress leader said that the fault lies with the government.
Rahul Gandhi added that the government is not allowing institutions to function independently and said that even they are stopped from having discussions in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha.
Rahul Gandhi further added that now even after losing elections, the BJP ends up forming governments in states.
