Ted K Movie clip Plot synopsis: “Yesterday was quite good, the only disruptive sounds were nine evil jets.” Ted K lives a life of almost complete seclusion in a simple wooden cabin without electricity or running water in the mountains of Montana.

But then this former university professor, who despises modern life and society’s faith in technology, becomes radicalised.

What begins with local acts of sabotage, ends with deadly bomb attacks.

Ted K is the Unabomber.

Terrorist Ted Kaczynski was arrested in 1996 and remains in prison to this day.

Director Tony Stone takes a radical approach to addressing Kaczynski’s way of thinking and portrays him here on the basis of his diary entries and his written pamphlets.

Ted K is no conventional biopic – it does not attempt to conduct a psychological analysis or describe trauma.

Instead, text fragments, intense images and electronic as well as classical film music are combined to create a hypnotic composition about violence, isolation and the nature of the essence of evil.
