Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer has said he is “concerned” about the delays to the country’s Covid vaccine rollout.
Speaking outside a vaccination centre in Edinburgh, Sir Keir also insisted that people should feel confident in taking the Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine.
