Migrants seen at Mumbai station amid lockdown fear, Railways calls it summer rush

A huge crowd of migrant workers gathered at Mumbai’s Lokmanya Tilak Terminus on Tuesday.

The workers gathered to leave for their hometown fearing lockdown in Maharashtra.

The state has been registering the highest number of Covid-19 cases in the country.

India is currently undergoing the second wave of coronavirus.

However, Railway official said that this is a normal rush.

Also, migrants were seen leaving Gurugram.

The migrant workers were taking buses to their native places.
