Jo-Anne Eason served as a member of SAPOL with duties involving patrol duties, crime prevention, firearms enquiries, project work including the International Police Tattoo which placed SAPOL on the world map, emergency management and planning, and many other positions.
She considers her time in country policing as a highlight of her career, in particular her role as a Family Violence Intervention Officer.
