A Las Vegas County Public Administrator by the name of Robert Telles is being held without bail for the murder of Las Vegas Review-Journal reporter Jeff German.
Telles was reportedly angry at articles that German wrote about wrongdoings in his department and blamed German for losing his re-election campaign.
