In his nightly address, President Volodymyr Zelensky says Ukraine's forces have retaken 400 settlements in the Kharkiv region during the swift counter-offensive in September, liberating around 150,000 people from occupation.
Zelensky also condemns a Russian missile attack on a dam of reservoir in his home town, Kryvyi Rih.
