Battlefield 2142 has a much richer unlock system than its predecessor allowing players to unlock a variety of useful weapons or props in sequence as they advance through the ranks.
While retaining the 64-player Conquest mode the game also introduces a Titan mode that supports up to 48 players simultaneously.
