Former prime minister Boris Johnson refuses to answer whether he believes his presence at COP27 in Egypt "upstages" prime minister Rishi Sunak.

Instead, Mr. Johnson says he is "worried" that the war in Ukraine and the "pressure on fuel prices" is making people go "soft" on tackling climate change.
