North Korean leader Kim Jong-un appeared at a ceremony on New Year's Eve to celebrate new rockets and congratulate the workers who made them, state broadcaster KRT reported.
He praised the country’s defense industry for delivering 30 new 600mm super-large multiple rocket launchers to the military.
