Shadow Justice Secretary Steve Reed says Boris Johnson has been "running from the truth for months" and calls on him to accept responsibility for his actions.
He goes on to say that that Boris Johnson's behaviour has led to a loss of trust in government and "risks undermining confidence in democracy.
