The Biden DOJ is suing Texas for having the gall to secure its border.
Last week, the U.S. Department of Justice told Texas to remove the floating barriers it put in the Rio Grande River to stop illegal aliens from crossing over into the U.S. Texas has refused to comply.
Yesterday, in a letter to Biden, Texas Governor Greg Abbott said: "Texas will see you in court, Mr. President."
