Starmer calls for statutory inquiry into Lucy Letby case

Sir Keir Starmer calls on the government to establish a statutory inquiry into the Lucy Letby case to "get to the bottom of exactly what went wrong".

Speaking in Worthing, the Labour leader also says a statutory inquiry would "compel witnesses to give evidence" and is "what the families want".
