Center for Renewing America Senior Fellow Mark Paoletta says the left wants to shrink the number of U.S. Supreme Court justices who can hear President Trump's Colorado ballot case.
Members of the left want only their preferred justices to rule on it.
"I think it will be a 9-0 decision because it is so preposterous," Paoletta said.
"I think you will get some of the liberal justices because this is such an affront to the 14th Amendment, to our democracy, to the rule of law."
