UN Security Council inaction on Ukraine, Gaza 'fatally' hurting its authority

UN chief Antonio Guterres warns that deadlock in the organisation's Security Council on the wars in Gaza and Ukraine risks "fatally" undermining its authority, stressing the need for "serious reform".
