Today we continue our #MotivationwithMonica" segments and our viewers asking me to give them exercises for your arms!

We started our segments three weeks ago focusing on shoulders and then glutes and last week we did core.

Today we will show you some good bicep and tricep exercises you can incorporate into your routine.
