In a stunning testimony, NIH principal deputy director Lawrence Tabak (who was not elected) finally admitted to Congress that American taxpayers funded gain of function research at the Wuhan Institute Of Virology and EcoHealth Alliance – but claims the research was "generic", "not regulated" and poses "no threat or harm to anybody."
